LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. - Florida A&M golfer
Sascha Robinson has been selected to compete in the Patriot All-America Golf Tournament, one of collegiate golf's premier postseason showcases honoring military service members and first responders.
The event begins Monday, December 29 at The Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
Invitations to the Patriot All-America are issued on a tiered basis through the Golf Coaches Association of America and are limited to currently enrolled collegiate players who are active members of a university golf team.
Robinson, a member of the Florida A&M Rattlers men's golf program, was selected under the tournament's eligibility framework, which includes a range of national honors and achievements. Those criteria include top finishers from previous Patriot and Thunderbolt events; 2025 PING and WGCA All-America selections across NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA and NJCAA; first-team AJGA All-Americans enrolled as freshmen at GCAA institutions; invited members of U.S. service academy teams; members of national teams such as the GCAA Palmer Cup and the Walker Cup; major collegiate award winners (Jack Nicklaus, Ben Hogan, Arnold Palmer and Phil Mickelson); champions of elite amateur championships worldwide; and special invitations.
Each competitor in the Patriot All-America represents an honoree. Robinson will compete in honor of Jason L. Brown recognizing his service as part of the event's mission to connect college golf with those who have served.
The Patriot All-America field features standout golfers from across the country representing a broad cross-section of collegiate programs and service academies. The tournament's companion Thunderbolt event provides additional competitive opportunities for eligible players when the Patriot field reaches capacity.
Robinson's invitation marks another milestone for Florida A&M golf and places him among an elite group of collegiate players selected for one of the sport's most respected postseason events.
