Rattlers finish 12th at Daytona Beach Intercollegiate

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. –– Florida A&M golf traveled to Daytona Beach for the Daytona Beach Intercollegiate and finished 12th out of 14 with a 928 (+64).

Rattlers had their best round on day one with a 306 (+18), followed by a 312 (+24) and 310 (+22). Patrick Jean-Pierre led the way for the Rattlers, finishing tied for 25th with a 227 (+11). Marcus Taylor finished two strokes behind Jean-Pierre with a 229 (+13). The Rattlers competed on a tough course that saw only one team finish with a score less than 885 (+21) and only three players with a below-par score.

The Rattlers will travel to Napa, California, for the Bridgestone Collegiate Invitational March 25-26.
