Recapping the Last Meet | Florida A&M's women claimed their first Southwestern Athletic Conference championship title at the indoor meet (Feb. 17-18).
The success marked the second championship under Garfield Ellenwood II, the Rattlers' Director of Track & Field and Cross Country, who recently led the women's cross-country team to the podium this past fall. FAMU's medal count over the two-day indoor meet included six gold, five silver, and four bronze. Ellenwood was also named the SWAC's Women's Coach of the Year.
