BIRMINGHAM, Ala. –– Florida A&M tennis player Rebekkah Gaines earned her first Southwestern Athletic Conference Tennis Co-Player of the Week award this season after last week's performance.
 
Gaines had an outstanding performance versus Troy in the Rattlers home opener (L, 3-4). Gaines won her doubles match with Reagan Harris as the Rattlers won the doubles point, and Gaines won her singles match (6-7, 7-5, 10-3) to have a perfect day versus Troy.
