TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | The Florida A&M Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is proud to partner with Northeast Region of the Florida A&M National Alumni Association to present "Conversations with Kortne" to share the vision of athletics and discuss the recent move from the MEAC to the SWAC.  
 
The first Conversations event will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 19 via Zoom Webinar and will include a question and answer session with VP/Director of Athletics Kortne Gosha and Head Football Coach Willie Simmons. Tangela D. Richardson of the Northeast Region of the Florida A&M National Alumni Association will serve as the moderator of the event.

"The Northeast Region is very excited to host the first of a series of 'Conversations with Kortne.' We're die-hard Rattler sports fans and want to find ways to continue to share the FAMU experience with alumni and prospective students in this region. We know in true Rattler spirit that AD Gosha and Coach Simmons will share with us their plans on how to move forward together as we transition to the SWAC," said Northeast Regional Vice President Artisha R. Polk.
